Blondies are a rich buttery brownie made with brown sugar, vanilla and sometimes caramel. While brookies are a combination of a cookie and a brownie. Blondies look golden-brown or caramel-colored. And brookies look like a dual texture with a fudgy brownie bottom layer topped with a cookie layer, by the way, brookies were made for people who couldn't decide between a cookie or a brownie. To be honest I feel like a brookie’s better but also i’ve never had a blondie, but it just doesn't sound appealing to me.

Melt the butter in a bowl and then whisk in the cocoa powder add both sugars and salt, while whisking well mix in the eggs and vanilla. Put in the flour and chocolate chips until combined. Spread the batter evenly in the bottom of the pan.

Instructions for the cookie dough: cream the softened butter and then add the sugar, and brown sugar until light. Mix in the vanilla and egg, then mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt , then add the chocolate chips. After that you're gonna wanna add the cookie dough on top of the brownie batter we previously made. Bake for 30 to 40 mins and then let cool.
