Coaching AEC for Five Years+.

Today, September 25, 2025, I interviewed one of our building support staff members, Mr. Beasley. He has been working here for 5 years and says this is one of the best places he has ever worked. He believes that what makes this school so great is “the behavior of the kids and the communication, and all the good atmosphere. His favorite part of his job has been getting to know and working with the staff. Besides AEC, he has worked at East and Phoenix, but he states that this school is the best. To further support his claim, he says that he has not had any bad experiences here, he believes that it is because of the atmosphere of the school. In all his years of teaching, he notices that not all kids are bad, it’s just the environment that makes them bad. In all, what I gathered from this interview is that he loves his job for many reasons and would not want to be anywhere else.
