Witches’ Fingers:
Prep time - About 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups vibrant green candy coating disks
6 pretzel rods, broken in half
6 jelly beans, cut in half lengthwise
Directions:
In the microwave, put your cup of candy coating disks in to melt for 1 minute, and then afterwards stir until it’s smooth.
Dip the broken ends of the pretzel rods in coating; allow excess to drip off
Place the covered rods on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet, and then press a jelly bean half onto the dipped end of each pretzel to resemble a fingernail.
Let sit until the candy coating is almost set, then using a toothpick, make lines on each pretzel to resemble knuckles.
Then you’re done!
Eyeball Cookies:
Prep time - About 25 minutes
Ingredients:
5 ounces white baking chocolate, chopped, divided
20 to 25 vanilla wafers
Paste food coloring
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Red liquid food coloring
Directions:
Use a microwave to melt 4 ounces of white chocolate for about 1 minute-1 minute and a half, and then stir until smooth.
Dip vanilla wafers in the melted chocolate and allow excess to drop off. Then place it on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet and let it chill until set.
Melt the remaining ounce of white chocolate in the microwave for about a minute and then stir until smooth. Use the food coloring to color it to your desire. Spread a small amount onto the center of each cookie, and then place a chocolate chip in the center.
To make the eyes look bloodshot, dip a toothpick in red food coloring to draw lines from circles to the outer edges of the wafer. Chill until set.
Then you’re done!
