Chill Artisan Ice Cream is located just right across from Lock 3, at 209 S Main Street Suite 2. They have many different flavours of ice cream, chocolate, and other treats that switch out occasionally. Two of our very own Akron Early College High School seniors work there! Hailey Ross and Isaiah Leonard, so make sure to stop by to get some ice cream from them. My friend, Hailey, and I decided to go in and sample all of their ice cream flavours at the time and rate them. We wanted to go into it as unbiasedly as we could so that way we could report accurately what we thought of each flavour. Our final rating out of ten was:

Philadelphia Vanilla - 5.5

Strawberry Chip - 1.5

Toasted Coconut Toffee - 4.5

Chocolate Milk and Cookies - 7.5

Overall, our favourite flavour was Vanilla Cloud. While we loved many other flavours, we thought this flavour was very comforting and brought us back to our childhood. A few of our recommendations would be: Chocolate Milk and Cookies, Sea Salt Caramel Truffle, and obviously Vanilla Cloud. It was a very fun experience to try all of these and get to rate them. Whether you like basic ice cream flavours, such as vanilla, or you’re more adventurous and would like to try something new, Chill has the flavour for you.
