The end of the year is always crazy for everyone; the students, the teachers. We live and we grow out of the things and the setting of the next year inside of our bodies is truly draining. We know that freedom awaits us outside of these school walls; from the sun tanning our skin and the sweat beading up against our foreheads; it is freedom. Everyone loves freedom and the way it feels when it settles in the chest and when it removes gravity from the earth so the stress doesn’t weigh so heavily. The madness of the school year ending is magically maddening. But the beauty in it all is that there is no more snow and no more exhaustion. Though the school year was fun, it is rapidly ending and the juniors become seniors and the seniors become bored adults; everyone gets to live a new part of their lives and that is frightening whether you feel it now or if you will eventually feel it later. The experiences of this school year will become core memories and your mind will drift to what will happen next and what will bring you beauty in so much chaos. I know we all want summer to officially come, SO WE CAN BE OUTSIDE!!
