Why Pizza is Overrated

Most people rank pizza as their favorite food, but don’t you think you’ve had too much of it? While it has a variety of kinds, such as pepperoni, cheese, veggie, and sausage, it is still an overeating food. We are drawn to pizza because of its savory, fatty, and very flavorful qualities. But did you know that too much of it is a problem? According to the article “Eat This, Not That,” eating too much pizza over time can increase your chance of getting diabetes, your body won’t gain the necessary fiber, and you’ll experience frequent constipation. Pizza may seem good, but it is not good for your body, yet so many people choose to eat it constantly. So the next time you think about eating a slice of pizza, think about how healthy it is for your body and whether you should change your eating habits.
