With an increase in assignments being handed out, more tests coming up, and things overall just getting harder as the year progresses, it is important that we remind ourselves of why we are even doing any of this at all. That is why I recommend creating a vision board. Whether it’s just on Pinterest or if you make a physical one, having a vision board can be highly motivating. I personally like making one for each school year or season but a lot of people also make one for the next 5-10 years. It really all depends on what you prefer. Having a vision board serves as a reminder to yourself on what you are able to accomplish. Creating a vision board will help organize your thoughts and goals into a much simpler format. Even just having a designated symbol that represents something that you want or hope to achieve can help you better wrap your head around it. But when doing this, it is vital that you put things on your vision board that are actually obtainable in the assigned time frame that you have put it in. You shouldn’t put things that are unrealistic on there because if you don’t achieve them, it can feel unmotivating. Having a vision board also invokes positive and optimistic feelings. That's  why it is important to put your vision board in an easily accessible place or somewhere that you will see it often. A vision board is supposed to serve as a reminder to yourself, so if you never see it or forget that it exists then what’s the point? Visions boards are also so fun to make. On Pinterest, you can split each specific goal you have into sections and make it very organized. Or,  you can print out pictures and make a college type vision board. Any way that you can make a vision board can be highly beneficial and is a sure way to keep you focused and on the right track.
